| “Why should you work with ACC?” At ACC Farmers’ Financial we have a dream to build a centre for farm financial management awareness, innovation and excellence that acts as a catalyst for opportunity and prosperity. How will our dream become reality you may ask -- by improving and expanding today with no and low interest loans and by looking to tomorrow for possible opportunities. Today we are focusing on simplifying and minimizing our application process. There is a balance between simplification and due diligence to protect the integrity of the program for all Ontario producers. With the help of a process professional, we recently reduced the application by ¼. Other initiatives (link to simplified application sub-page) are also underway. When investigating new opportunities we can envision that our customers will need to be financially ready when opportunity knocks. To do this we need producers and industry open to new opportunities, an understanding of knowledge bases and advisory capacity –all linked up. Collaborative learning through existing knowledge, lessons learned, and due diligence through feasibility will drive successful farm business. At ACC we are developing and disseminating financial knowledge bases through projects linking producers to information and tools. We do a project ( What’s New ) if there is current and future potential for financial gain for our customers. |
